| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨乳腺癌患者外周血中调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)数量的变化及意义。方法]选取35例未经治疗的乳腺癌患者、35例术后并化疗后的乳腺癌患者和25例健康人,采集其外周抗凝血,用流式细胞术检测CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞的表达。结果]未经治疗的乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-的表达显著高于健康人,差异有统计学意义;术后并化疗后的乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-的表达与正常人无明显差异。结论]乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞的比例增加可能引起乳腺癌免疫逃逸,并可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
