摘    要:目的研究Wnt信号途径的抑制基因(sfrp1、sfrp2、sfrp5)在侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)及隆起型腺瘤(PA)中的表达情况及甲基化状态。方法运用半定量PCR法和免疫组织化学方法研究52例LSTs和51例PAs组织标本sfrp1、sfrp2、sfrp5表达情况;运用甲基化特异性PCR法(MSP)对3个抑制基因甲基化状态进行研究。结果 LSTs组sfrp1mRNA及蛋白表达水平均比PAs组显著降低(P〈0.05),但sfrp2及sfrp5mRNA表达在LSTs组和PAs组中无显著差异(P〉0.05)。LSTs组中的sfrp1基因存在高甲基化(P〈0.05),sfrp2及sfrp5基因不存在高甲基化(P〉0.05)。结论 sfrp1表达缺失或下调在LSTs比PAs更常见,该基因高甲基化发生频率在LSTs也相应比PAs高,提示LSTs的发病机制可能与PAs存在不同。
