| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨幽门螺旋(HP)杆菌感染与小儿腹型过敏性紫癜(AP)之间的关系。方法]选取某院89例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿为观察组,70例健康儿童作为对照组。两组患儿分别给予13C呼气试验检测。结果]观察组与实验组作比较,差异有统计学意义。结论]幽门螺旋杆菌是过敏性紫癜发病原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective]To discuss the relationship of helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and allergic purpura(AP).Methods]89 cases with henoch purpura in our hospital were selected as observation group,70 healthy children as control group.Children were given two sets of 13C breath test.Results]Compared the observation group with the experimental group,the difference was significant.Conclusions]H.pylori is one of the causes of allergic purpura. |
