| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨以鼻出血为首发症状的鼻腔、鼻窦恶性肿瘤的临床特点。[方法]对13例以突发鼻出血为首发症状的鼻腔、鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。[结果]3例有颅神经损害,2例有眼球突出。[结论]提高对鼻出血症状的认识,重视鼻内镜检查、鼻部影像学检查以及鼻腔活检,以降低鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的误诊。
