人子宫颈癌雌激素受体及孕激素受体研究

摘    要:用葡聚糖—活性炭单点饱和放射分析法测定了正常宫颈组织225例(86例子宫颈内膜、79例子宫颈鳞状上皮、60例子宫颈肌)和子宫颈癌87例的雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)含量。结果显示:ER和PR含量在正常宫颈组织高于宫颈癌组织;ER和PR阳性率在正常宫颈鳞状上皮高于宫颈鳞癌。相关系数分析表明:癌变组织的ER和PR的含量变化不同步,提示癌变后受体的产生或/和作用机理的某个环节可能受损。宜颈癌组织的ER阳性率在临床各期别无规律性变化,PR阳性率有随临床期别增加而下降的趋势。部分宫颈癌患者PR含量较高且少数ER和PR同时阳性。

Abstract:Three hundred and twelvedifferent cervical specimens have beentested for estrogen (ER) and progesteronereceptor (PR) content with dextrancoatedcharcoal method(DCC). The results showedthat the concentrations of ER and PR innormal cervical tissues were higher thanthose in malignant cervical tissues, andthat the percentage of positive scores forER and PR in cervical squamous epithelialtissues were higher than that in malignantcervical tissues. That the variances of ERand PR in cervical malignant tumors werenot parallel suggested that the productionor/and the mechanism of receptor actionmight be impaired. The percentage of posi-tive scores for ER was not correlated withthe clinical stages whereas that of FR wasinversely proportional to clinica1 stages.That some patient with cervical cancerhad high level of PR and had both ER andPR positive implied the possibility forendocrine therapy. The content and distribution of ER and PR in normal cervicaltis sues are consistent with the effects ofsex hormone.
