胆囊癌中E-钙粘蛋白和PTEN基因蛋白表达及其临床意义

目的探讨E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin,ED)和PTEN基因蛋白在胆囊癌中表达的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测52例胆囊腺癌、20例胆囊腺瘤和10例慢性胆囊炎组织中ED和PTEN的表达。结果在胆囊癌中ED和PTEN表达阳性率均为42.3％,其表达阳性率在胆囊癌中均明显低于胆囊腺瘤和慢性胆囊炎(P<0.05)。ED和PTEN表达与胆囊癌的分化程度、浆膜浸润和转移密切相关(P<0.05)。ED和PTEN蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 检测ED和PTEN基因蛋白表达可作为评估胆管癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。

Expressions of E-cadherin and PTEN gene in carcinoma of gallbladder and their clinical significance

Objective To explore the significance of E-cadherin (ED) and PTEN gene expressions in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to investigate the expressions of ED and PTEN gene in 52 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,20 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 10 cases of chronic cholecystis. Results The positive rates of ED and PTEN were both 42. 3% in carcinoma of gallbladder, which were much lower than those in gallbladder adenoma and chronic cholecystis. ED and PTEN expressions were closely correlated with the pathological grading, serosa infiltration and metastasis of the carcinoma (P < 0. 05 ). The expression of ED was strongly associated with the expression of PTEN ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Expressions of ED and PTEN could be helpful in evaluation of the biological behavior and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
