针刺治疗脑卒中后日间过度倦睡症疗效观察

目的观察针刺治疗脑卒中后日间过度倦睡症的疗效。方法将确诊为脑卒中后日间过度倦睡症的患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用针刺醒脑开窍组穴和失眠经验穴治疗,对照组采用针刺醒脑开窍组穴配合药物治疗,连续治疗8星期后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组为71.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后Epworth嗜睡量表评分低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺对脑卒中后日间过度倦睡症有明显的治疗作用。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Post-stroke Excessive Daytime Sleepiness

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on post-stroke excessive daytime sleepiness.Methods Ninety patients diagnose definitely with post-stroke excessive daytime sleepiness were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,45 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture at brain-activating and orifice-opening points and empirical insomnia-treating points and the control group,acupuncture at brain-activating and orifice-opening points plus medication.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 8 consecutive weeks of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 88.9% in the treatment group and 71.1% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the Epworth somnolence scale score was lower in the treatment than in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture has a marked therapeutic effect on post-stroke excessive daytime sleepiness.
