| 摘 要： | 目的系统评价针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆临床试验资料、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库等数据库,并手工检索相关文献。纳入针刺与西药或安慰剂的随机或半随机对照试验,评价纳入研究的质量,并采用RevMan 4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果本实验共有10篇研究符合纳入标准,试验方法学质量普遍低下。改善总体有效率,针刺组的疗效优于吗丁啉组OR=4.80,95%C(I2.73,8.42)]。改善总体症状积分,针刺组优于吗丁啉组WMD=2.00,95%C(I1.25,2.74),P0.001];针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫尚无不良反应的报道。结论目前研究病例总数较小,尚不能做出针刺是否优于其他西药确切结论。故有必要进一步开展大样本高质量的临床试验。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Methods Data were collected from MEDLINE,EMBASE,The Cochrane Library,CBM and CNKI. Some related journals were hand retrieved. The quality of included randomized controlled trials (RCTs)and semi-controlled trials were evaluated and meta-analysis was conducted by the Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 4.2.
