| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颗粒状体聚四氟乙烯(Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene简称ePTFE）颜面部充填术的应用价值。方法：将ePTFE补片制成米粒大小的颗粒状物，再灌入1ml无头注射器，经小切口推入骨膜下或皮下塑形。结果：12例额面凹陷畸形获得整复，外形好，无并发症。结论：该方法切口小而隐蔽、易塑形、操作简单、创伤也小，较适合颜面部不规则的凹陷畸形整复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the utility of granulated ePTFE in filling up the concave of face and forehead. Methods:The granulated ePTFE made from ePTFE patch are injected under periosteum or cutaneous to fill the concave of the face or frontal through a minor incision. Results:In 12 cases,the concave of the face or frontal were reconstructed with good appearance and without any complications. Conclusion:This method has the advantages of minor and invisible incision,convenient mould,less trauma,and simply operation,which is suitable for correcting the irregular concave of the face and frontal. |
