| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨眼震电图(electronystagmography,ENG)及铺放海绵垫的静态姿势描记(static posturography,SPG)两种前庭功能检查在中老年眩晕者诊断中的意义。[方法]应用ENG与SPG对96例40~69岁的眩晕患者进行检查。[结果]96例患者中ENG异常者70例(72.92%),SPG异常者84例(87.50%),两项结果均异常者66例(68.75%)、均无阳性发现者8例(8.33%)。[结论]ENG与SPG是重要的前庭功能检查方法,二者联合应用能够提高前庭功能检查的敏感度,为眩晕性疾病的诊断提供依据。
