| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素与外周血T细胞亚群的测定,评估PCOS患者体内的免疫状态并探讨两者之间的关系.方法 选取PCOS患者28例为PCOS组,健康女性14例为对照组,用流式细胞术四色法测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以百分比表示,比较PCOS组与对照组外周血T淋巴细胞亚鹊乃?并分析PCOS患者外周血T细胞亚群与甾体激素的相关性.结果 PCOS组外周血CD4 T淋巴细胞、CD4 /CD8 明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).2、PCOS患者外周血CD4 T淋巴细胞与T呈正相关(r=0.464,P=0.013),与E2呈负相关(r=-0.414,P=0.028).结论 PCOS患者表现为细胞免疫活跃,并且可能与其高雄激素状态有关.
