| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨葛根素对大鼠缺血/再灌注心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:建立大鼠缺血/再灌注模型,并给予葛根素药物干预,观察各组心肌细胞凋亡的情况,以了解细胞凋亡及葛根素在再灌注损伤中所起的作用。结果:假手术组及单纯缺血组凋亡细胞无明显增多,而缺血/再灌注组凋亡细胞明显增多(P<0.01);在再灌注前给予葛根素治疗可减少因再灌注引起的细胞凋亡(P<0.05)。结论:缺血/再灌注后可见心肌细胞凋亡发生,再灌注可加速细胞凋亡的发生;葛根素可抑制心肌细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the apoptotic cardiomyocytes (CMC) in ischemia/reperfusion myocardium,and the intervention of apoptosis by puerarin to find an effective means to treat heart diseases.Methods:A rat model of reversible myocardial ischemia/reperfusion were established,the apoptotic CMC in the ischemic tissues of various groups were examined to investigate the role of apoptosis in ischemia/ reperfusion,and the intervention of puerarin on apoptosis.Results:In sham operation group and simple ischemia group,the apoptotic CMC were not markedly increased,while it was significantly elevated in ischemia/reperfusion group (P<0.01);puerarin administered pre-perfusionally could attenuate the apoptosis induced by reperfusion (P<0.05).Conclusion:Apoptotic CMC were observed in the is- chemia/reperfusion myocardium;reperfusion accelerated the process;puerarin could inhibit the myocardial apoptosis. |
