健脾补肾法对核苷类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的增效作用及对CD4、CD8的影响

目的:观察健脾补肾法对核苷类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的增效作用及其对CD4、CD8的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组予核苷类似物治疗,观察组予核苷类似物加健脾补肾方药治疗,疗程均为52周。结果:观察组患者肝功能、HBV DNA复常率明显高于对照组;e抗原血清转换率、完全应答率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);CD4、CD4/CD8比值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补肾法可明显提高核苷类似物治疗CHB的疗效,减少拉米夫定致乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)YMDD变异,其增效的机理可能与提高CD4及CD4/CD8比值有关。

Effect of synergy and the influence on CD4,CD8 the strengthening spleen and tonify kidney to chronical hepatitis treated by nucleoside analog

Objective:To observe the effect of synergy and the influence on CD4,CD8 that strengthening spleen and tonify kidney to chronical hepatitis B treated by nucleoside analog.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were divided into two groups at random:control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were only given to nucleoside analog.Patients in the observation group were given to nucleoside analog and the method of strengthening spleen and tonify kidney.The treatment lasted for 52 weeks.Results:Liver function recovery time and HBV DNA recovery time of observation group were faster than those of control group(P<0.05);YMDD variation of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of strengthening spleen and tonify kidney could significantly improve the curative effect of nucleoside analog and reduce the YMDD variation caused by Lamivudine;and the mechanism is perhaps concerned with improving CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio.
