胆囊鳞癌和腺鳞癌12例临床分析

目的总结原发性胆囊鳞癌和腺鳞癌的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析了解放军总医院肝胆外科1994—2004年收治的胆囊癌12例（鳞癌4例，腺鳞癌8例），男女各6例。结果行根治性手术9例，姑息性手术3例。12例中有11例得到随访，其中2例在1年后死亡，1例在半年后死亡，其余均在半年内死亡。术后中位生存期108d。结论胆囊鳞癌和腺鳞癌恶性程度高，但远处转移较少，有利于手术切除。术后放疗有可能是一个有效的方法。

Clinical analysis of squamous cell carcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma of gallbladder in 12 cases

Objective To summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment for primary squamous and adenosquamous carcinoma of gallbladder. Methods A retrospective study was done on 12 cases with carcinoma of gallbladder including four cases with squamous carcinoma and eight with adenosquamous carcinoma admitted into our hospital between 1994 and 2004. Results Radical resection was performed in nine cases and palliative resection in three. A follow-up was performed in 11 out of 12 cases, which showed that two cases died after one year, one died in nearly one year and the other died within half a year. The median survival time was 155 days. Conclusions Primary squamous and adenosquamous carcinoma of gallbladder are characterized by high malignancy, with a little remote metastasis that is beneficial for radical resection. Postoperative radiotherapy may be useful in certain circumstances.
