102例产妇人格、产前情绪及社会支持的调查研究

目的:探讨人格、产前情绪和社会支持对产妇产后抑郁的影响。方法:收集待产孕妇共102名,以大五人格量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表等进行前后施测。结果:产妇产后抑郁与人格的外向性、宜人性和责任心都呈显著负相关(P=-0.359,-0.660,-0.552);产妇产后抑郁与产前情绪呈显著正相关(P=0.405,0.650);对支持的利用度与人格的责任心呈显著正相关(P=0.235)。结论:产前抑郁焦虑情绪以及人格的神经质、宜人性、责任心与产后抑郁的关系密切;人格的宜人性和产前焦虑是产后抑郁的关键影响因素。

Investigation and research of personality, prenatal emotional and social support in 102 pregnant women

Objective:To explore the effect of personality,prenatal emotional and social support on postpartum depression.Methods:A total of 102 pregnant women were collected in our hospital and tested by NEO-PI-R SDS,SAS before and after childbirth.Results:Postpartum depression was negatively related with personality of extraversion,agreeableness and conscientiousness(P=-0.359,-0.660,-0.552);but was significantly positive correlated with the prenatal mood,the use of support and the personal responsibility(P=0.235,0.405,0.650).Conclusion:Postpartum depression are related with antenatal depression,anxiety and the personality neuroticism,agreeableness,responsibility;personality agreeableness and prenatal anxiety is the key influence factors of postpartum depression.
