上海市虹口区老年神经系统疾病流行病学调查

本文报道1983年对上海市虹口区广中街道52,956人群作随机抽样进行老年人神经系统疾病流行病学调查的结果。在本次调查中共查2287人,发现患有各种神经系统疾病176例,总患病率7695.67/10万。117例患脑血管病,其中男性63例,患病率6448.31/10万,女性54例4045.8/10万。1983年发生脑血管病17例,发病率743.33/10万,死亡率878.62/10万。此外,偏头痛、巴金森氏综合征和周围神经病的患病率分别为743.33/10万,349.80/10万和918.23/10万。本文提供的调查资料对老年人神经系统疾病的预防,治疗和其他研究均有重要意义。

An Epidemiology Survey the Nervous System in Old People in Hongkou District

The epidemiology survey of the diseases of the nervous system in old people in Hongkou District was carried out in 1983. Guang Zhong block, with a popalution of about 52956 was selected randomly as a sample of Hongkou District. In this survey, 176 cases with varied diseases of nervous system were found, and the prevalence rate was about 7695.67/100,000. 117 cases with cerebrovascular disease were found, of whom, 63 were male with a prevalence of 6448.31/100,000, and 54 female with a prevalence of 4122.14/100,000. 17 cases with stroke were found in 1983 with an incidence of 743.33/ 100,000, and the mortality was about 878.62/ 100,000 in 1983. Beside, the prevalence rate of migraine was about 743.33/100,000, and the prevalence rate of parkinson''s syndrome was about 349.80/100,000, and the prevalence rate of the diseases of peripheral nervous system including scitica, Bell''s palsy, facial spasm and the trigeminal neuralgia was about 918.23/100,000. The data derived from the investigation can offer the basis for the research and treatment and prevention of the diseases of nervous system in old people.
