利多卡因胶浆在留置胃管中的应用

目的 减轻留置胃管患者的不适感,提高一次插管的成功率.方法 将157例需留置胃管的患者随机分成两组,观察组80例采用利多卡因胶浆取代石蜡油作为润滑剂润滑胃管进行插管;对照组77例用常规的方法插管.结果 观察组一次插管成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),不适症状明显少于对照组(P<0.01).结论 利多卡因胶浆取代石蜡油润滑胃管进行留置胃管,可提高一次插管的成功率,并可减轻患者的痛苦,减少并发症,值得推广使用.

Application and nursing of lidocaine mucilage in detained gastric canal

Objective To relieve the discomfortableness from detaining gastric intubation and increase the success rate of one- time intubation. Methods 157 patients ready for detaining gastric intubation were ran-domized divided into two groups; observation group use lidocaine mucilage substitute with paraffin to intubate gas-tric canal While in control group , the gastric canal were detained as routine for patients. Results There were higher success rates of one - time intubation and lesser uncomfortable symptom in observation group ( P < 0.01) Conclusion It showed that the method of detained gastric canal as well as taken Lidocaine mucilage substitute with paraffin are more superior to conventional intubation; It can not only increase the success rate of one - time intubation but also relieve the paine of patients. Furthermore, It can decrease many complicatioms. This method is worthy to be recommended for routine clinical practices.
