氨基酸、有机酸、碱基核苷类化合物的双向色谱多相同步分析

30余种氨基酸、40余种非挥发性有机酸和20余种碱基核苷类化合物在一块薄层板上完成多相同步色谱分析；用紫外灯-吖啶试剂-镉茚三酮试剂实行组合显色定位分析。改善了尿液中非挥发性有机酸的溶剂萃取法，尿中三类化合物提取物的同步多相色谱分离效果良好。

Ovre thrty amino acids. 40 non-volatile organic acids and 20 nucleosides and related compouds have been synchronously separated by two dimensional thin tayer chromatographyon a plate. The localisation of the separated compound spots was performed with multipleprocedures:viewing the absorbing spots in U. V light(254mm)-colouring in acridinereagents for most organic acids-colouring by ninhydrin-acetate cadmium for amino acids.The method of solvent extraction for the non-volatole organic acids in urine was improved.And the effect of separating of the metabolites of three componnds in urine on thin layerplates was satisfactorv. This method enables us to screen the inborn errors of amino acid,or-ganic acid and purine and pyrimidine metabolism in the primary hospitals simuItanously.
