基于结核病的流行趋势与防控对策的分析

目的：分析基于结核病的流行趋势与防控对策。方法：选取2012年11月至2014年11月来该疾控中心及定点医院检查的肺结核、结核性腹膜炎、结核性胸膜炎可疑患者300例为研究对象,对所选取对象进行结核病相关知识问卷调查,分析调查结果。结果：肺结核患者97例（32．33％）,结核性腹膜炎患者37例（12．33％）,结核性胸膜炎39例（13．00％）;农村结核患者较多,经济困难或治疗不当引发患者耐药率达42．00％。结论：加强对结核病的防控,需要加强宣传教育结核病,积极落实防控对策等,实现尽早发现、尽早治疗、尽早隔离。

Analysis of epidemic trend and control strategy based on tuberculosis

Objective:to analyze the epidemic trend and control strategy based on tuberculosis.Methods:a total of November 201 2 ~201 4 in November to the CDC inspection of pulmonary tuberculosis,tuberculosis peritonitis,tuberculous pleurisy public 300 cases as the research object,the selected object were tuber-culosis related knowledge questionnaire,the investigation and analysis of the results.Results:97 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (32.33%),37 ca-ses of patients with tuberculous peritonitis (1 2.33%),39 cases of tuberculous pleurisy (1 3.00);rural tuberculosis patients more,economic difficulties or treat-ment caused by improper patients with drug resistant rate of42.00%.Conclusions:to strengthen the prevention and control of tuberculosis,the need to strengthen the propaganda and education of tuberculosis,and actively implement the prevention and control measures to achieve early detection,early treatment,as soon as possible isolation.
