老年流行性出血热患者临床特点观察

对老年流行性出血热患者的对照研究结果显示,老年流行性出血热患者有如下临床特点;(1)患病早期特殊体征发生率低,表现不典型,致使误诊率高;(2)低血压休克发生率明显高于非老年组(P<0.05);(3)肾功能损害严重;(4)与非老年组相比,病情重越期率低(P<0.01),病程明显延长(P<0.05)。认识老年流行性出血热的临床特点,早期应用特异性诊断方法,积极预防和治疗低血压休克和少尿,对提高老年流行性出血热早期正确诊断率、减轻病情、缩短病程,促使尽快痊愈具有重要作用。

OBSERVATION OF CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS ON AGED EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER

The results of controlled study on aged epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) indicated that the patients with aged EHF had the following clinical characteristics. (1)in the early stage of falling ill, the incidence of special sign was low, the symptoms were not typical and the rate f erroneous diagnosis was high. (2) the incidence of hypotensive shock in the aged group was markedly highwhigher than in the non-aged group (P<0.05) ; (3) the damage of kidney function was seriours; (4) compared with the non-aged group, the state of illness was more serious, the rate of crossing phase was lower (P<0.01) and the course of disease in the aged group was obviously longer than in the non-aged group (P< 0.05) . It is concluded that the understanding of the clinical characteristics of aged EHF, the early application of the method of specific diagnosis and the active prevention and treatment of hypotensive shock and oliuria have an important effect on the increase of the rate of the early and correct diagnosis, the abatement of the state of ill(?)ess, the shortening of ths course of disease and the quick recovery from aged EHF.
