血清超敏C反应蛋白水平与进展性脑卒中的相关性分析

目的 探讨进展性脑卒中与血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平之间的关系。方法急性脑梗死患者120例，据临床表现分为进展性脑卒中组42例，非进展性脑卒中组（78例）；时选取同期体检年龄、性别一致的49例健康体检者对照组。应用免疫透射比浊法测定血清hs-CRP浓度。分别测入院当天、1月后的hs-CRP水平，进行神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）并两者比较，并与hs-CRP水平进行相关性分析。结果进展组、非进展组、对照组间血清hs-CRP比较，各组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。脑梗死急性期hs-CRP水平与急性期NIHSS评分呈正相关。结论血清hs—CRP水平与急性脑梗死的发生、发展相关。

The relation of progressive ischemic stroke with the levels of hs-CRP

Objective To explore the role of C-reactive protein in the pathogenesis of progressive ischemic stroke.Methods 120 patients and 40 normal controls were investigated.The patients were divided into progressive is-chemic stroke(PIS)group 42 and non-progressive ischemic stroke(NPIS)group 78 based on clinical manifestation.Serum level of hs-CRP was measured.and the serum CRP levels in different groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP among PIS group、NPIS group and normal control group.Serum hsCRP level was correlated significantly with NIHSS Conclusion hs-CRP kvel may be closely related to ischemic stroke in progression.
