| 摘 要： | 2002年3月至2006年3月我们对68例子宫肌瘤患者进行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组68例,年龄24~49岁,平均36.3岁。未婚2例,已婚66例。单发肌瘤35例,其中肌壁间肌瘤18例,浆膜下肌瘤8例,阔韧带肌瘤9例;多发肌瘤33例,其中2个肌瘤18例,3个肌瘤9例,4个肌瘤4例,5个肌瘤2例。最大肌瘤直径12cm×11cm×9cm,最小肌瘤直径1cm×1cm×0.5cm。合并不孕症6例,卵巢肿瘤18例,有腹部手术史者16例。术前所有病例均经妇科检查了解子宫大小及活动度,B超检查确定子宫肌瘤位置、数目及类型。68例患者均有腹腔镜手术适应…

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the effect of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases underwent hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope were analyzed,including the operative technique and effect,etc.Results All patients were successfully cured and left hospital.No complication was found in these cases.Conclusion There are many advantages of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope,such as minimal injury and faster recovery.Hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope is avaluable and constructive operative technique. |
