摘    要:目的探讨超声三维重建操作技巧,提高胎儿颜面显示率,有利于胎儿颜面畸形的检出。方法对957例孕16周以上的孕妇,首先用二维超声常规扫查胎儿颜面,取冠状切面,同时调整二维图像直至看清楚胎儿双眼、鼻部、唇部、下颌为止,如果颜面部周边有羊水环绕,立即启动三维取样框,并调整取样框大小至适中,快速进行三维成像。结果三维重建显示率分别为:孕16-23周者81.66%,24—26周者99.5%,27—36周者76%,37—40周者19.55%。结论超声三维重建能直观显示胎儿颜面部,可以较为准确评估胎儿颜面部病变,尤其是唇、腭裂畸形。

Abstract:Objective To study the three-dimensional reconstruction operating skill for detecting more precisely the fetal facies deformity. Methods 16 gestational weeks fetal facies were firstly scanned routinely with 2D ultrasound and adjusted the 2D image till clearly showed eyes, nose, lip and jaw. If facies were surrounded by amniotic fluid, make 3D sampling frame immediately and moderately adjust its size for rapid 3D formation. Results The rate of face formation with 3D image was 81.7% from 14 to16 gestational weeks, 99.5% from 24 to 26 gestational weeks, and 76% from 27 to 36 gestational weeks, and 19.55% from 37 to 40 gestational weeks, respectively. From 24 weeks to 26 weeks was the most clear expression term. Conclusion 3D reconstruct ultrasound can directly exhibit fetal facies and exactly detect some lesions, especially for cheiloschisis and uranoschisis.
