摘 要: | 目的:探讨在护理临床实习中开展人类转成理论(human becoming theory,HBT)教学模式的作用和对学生学习方式的影响。方法:将130名本科护理学生随机分为两组,对照组按常规教学大纲的带教方式,而实验组按HBT教学模式的理念、精华和过程进行带教,两组学生采取同样方式进行毕业实践技能考核。结果:90%以上实验组学生认为此教学模式有助于提高发现问题、解决问题、书面、口头表达和创新思维的能力,能够让学生在自我提高的过程中体验成就感。毕业实践技能考核评价中两组学生能力比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:HBT教学模式强调教师主导作用与学生主体作用的共同发挥,重视学生自我效能的提高,有助于学生多方面能力的培养。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the meaning and impact on students learning with human becoming teaching-learning model in nursing clinical practice.Methods:130 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided,with control groups by conventional teaching syllabus and experimental groups by human becoming teaching-learning model,two sorts of groups took the same examination manner.Results:More than 90% of students believe that the capabilities of discovering and solving problems,writing,oral expression,creative thinking have been enhanced,self-esteem and the experience of achievements are met.There are significant differences(P〈0.01)between two sorts of groups in multifaceted examination evaluation.Conclusion:Human becoming teaching-learning model emphasizes the leading role of teachers and students to play the main role together and focus on innovation and self-efficacy enhance.This can help in the teaching of various capacities to students. |
