建构主义理论在《护理管理学》教学中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨建构主义理论指导下的教学方法在高职护理专业《护理管理学》课程教学中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法选取浙江医学高等专科学校2010级高职护生3个班级为观察组(n=91),2个班级为对照组(n=60)。观察组护生采用建构主义理论指导下的支架式教学、抛锚式教学、随机进入教学法进行教学,对照组护生按传统教学法进行教学。课程结束时,采用理论考试、评判性思维能力测评和教学效果满意度问卷对教学效果进行评价。结果观察组护生课程结束时理论考核及综合分析题成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组学生的评判性思维能力测试结果总分及寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力和求知欲4个特质得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组护生对教学效果的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论在高职护理专业《护理管理学》课程教学中采用建构主义理论指导下的教学方法,可有效提高教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of the teaching method based on constructivism theory in nursing management course for senior vocational nursing students.Methods Using cluster sampling method,nursing students of grade 2010 were randomly divided into the experimental group(91 students in 3 classes) and the control group(60 students in 2 classes).Scaffolding instruction,anchored instruction and random access instruction based on constructivism theory were applied to the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was applied to the control group.The theory examination was adopted after the course.All the students were tested by the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) before and after the course.Teaching satisfaction survey was fulfilled after the course.Results The experimental group was significantly superior in the theory examination scores and comprehensive analysis test scores compared with the control group(P0.05).The experimental group was significantly higher in the total score and 4 subscale scores including finding the truth,opening mind,analytical ability and intellectual curiosity of CTDI-CV compared with the control group after the course(P0.01).The experimental group was significantly higher on satisfaction of teaching compared with the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The application of teaching method based on constructivism theory in nursing management course for senior vocational nursing students can improve teaching effectiveness.
