含吐温80的不同注射剂溶血试验研究

目的:观察添加吐温80的不同药品的体外溶血作用,并与吐温80本身的溶血作用进行比较.为临床安全用药提供依据.方法:采用肉眼观察法和分光光度法.结果:添加吐温80的不同样品,其最小溶血浓度不同,与吐温80本身的最小溶血浓度亦不同.结论:吐温80本身具有一定的体外溶血作用；不同的药品在添加吐温80后,其体外溶血作用不同；对体外溶血的测定,分光光度法比常规试管法灵敏度更高.

Study on Hemolysis Test of Different Injections Added Tween 80

Objective： To provide the reference for safe medication, compared the hemolysis effects in vitro of different drugs added Tween 80 to hemolytic itself of Tween 80. Methods ： Macroscopic observation and spectrophotometer were used in the test. Result： The minimum hemolytic concentration of different drugs added Tween 80 and which of Tween 80 was different. Conclusion ： Tween 80 has some hemolytic effects in vitro, while the hemolytic effects in vitro of different drugs added Tween 80 was different. In determination of hemolytic effects in vitro, spectrophotometer was higher sensitivity than macroscopic observation.
