肺力咳合剂质量标准的研究

目的:完善肺力咳合剂的质量标准。方法:重新修订了前胡的薄层鉴别,增加了红花龙胆、黄芩的薄层鉴别及RP-HPLC法测定当药苷的含量。RP-HPLC含量测定法采用Aglient Eclipse XDB C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(20∶80),流量1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长247 nm。结果:薄层鉴别阴性对照均无干扰;RP-HPLC含量测定方法中当药苷在0.04076～0.24456μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为104.2%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简单、准确,可用于肺力咳合剂的质量控制。

Study on Quality Standard for Feilike Mixture

Objective ： To establish a method for the quality standard of Feilike Mixture. Methods ： The TLC methods were established for Gentianae rhodanthae Herba, Scutellariae radix, Peucedani radix and an RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of ehiratin performed on Aglient Eclipse XDB C,8 column （4. 6 mm× 250 mm ,5 μm）with methanol-water（ 20： 80） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 247nm. Results：There were no interference on the negative controls in TLC identification. The linear range of chiratin was 0. 04076 μg-0. 24456 μg （ r = 0. 999 ） and the average recovery was 104.2% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is convenient, reliable and suitable for quality assessment of Feilike Mixture.
