中药制剂治疗面部湿疹及接触性皮炎180例的效果及护理

目的观察中药制剂治疗面部湿疹及接触性皮炎的效果及护理。方法按病种及就诊时间将180例面部湿疹及接触性皮炎患者分为两组,观察组90例使用自制中药制剂涂擦患处,对照组90例使用3%硼酸制剂涂擦患处。结果观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为92.6%及80.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药制剂治疗面部湿疹及皮炎有显著的临床疗效,治疗过程中须加强心理、饮食、皮肤及用药等方面的护理。

Effects and Nursing of 180 Cases of Facial Eczema Treated with Preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To observe clinical curative effect and nursing of preparations of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in treating facial eczema.Methods Based on disease classification and consultation sequence,180 facial eczema patients were randomly divided into observation group treated with preparation of TCM on the affected area and control group treated with 3% boric acid on the affected area.Results The total effeciencies of the observation group and the control group were 92.6% and 80.5% respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The preparation of TCM has significant clinical curative effect in treating facial eczema.The nursing should be enhanced for the aspects of psychology,diet,skin and medication during treatment.
