| 摘 要： | 目的了解外科护士对糖尿病的认知现状,并探讨处理对策。方法方便性抽样选择2010年1-2月泉州市某三级甲等医院外科16个科室的护士196名为调查对象。采用自行设计的问卷对其进行糖尿病相关知识的调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果外科护士对糖尿病相关知识掌握情况中,得分为优者38名,占23.17%;得分为良者80名,占48.78%;得分为差者46名,占28.05%。结论应加强外科护士糖尿病护理基础知识的再学习,并开展健康教育的技巧训练。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the cognitive status of diabetes in surgical nurses and its countermeas- ures. Methods From January to February 2010,196 nurses from 16 clinical sections of surgical department in a grade III level A hospital in Quanzhou were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire on diabetes- related knowledge. And the survey results were analyzed statistically. Results Of the cognitive status of diabetes-related knowledge for surgical nurses, 38 （23. 17%） nurses were scored with ＂excellent＂, 80（48.78%） with ＂good＂ and 46（28.05%） with ＂poor＂. Conclusion Nursing managers should strengthen the relearning of the basic nursing knowledge and develope skills training for health education. |
