上海市虹口区离休干部医疗需求与利用情况分析

[目的] 了解与分析上海市虹口区离休干部医疗服务需求与利用现状。[方法] 采用一对一入户问卷调查的方式，对社区常住的离休干部进行整群随机抽样调查，获得有效问卷1 576份。[结果] 离休干部2周患病率和慢性病患病率分别为37.4%和87.1%，2周就诊率和年住院率分别为85.2%和34.2%。[结论] 离休干部医疗服务需求大，建议将其医疗保健工作下沉至社区，慢性疾病管理作为管理重点，建立家庭病床。

The demand and the utilization status of medical care in the retired cadres in Hongkou district,Shanghai

[Objective] To understand the demand and the utilization status of the retired cadres in Hongkou district of Shanghai. [Methods] A family-to-family questionnaire survey was used to collect the information from residential retired cadres harvested using hierarchical cluster random sampling method.A total of 1576 participants were investigated. [Results] The prevalence in two weeks and the one of chronic diseases in investigated retired cadres was 37.4% and 87.1%,respectively.The rate of visiting doctors in the two weeks and annual hospitalization rate was 85.2% and 34.2%,respectively. [Conclusion] The retired cadres needs frequent health care services.The health care services should focus on the treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases and be provided in the community-based health facility,such as providing ＂family words＂ for those who are suffering from a variety of chronic illnesses and need long-term treatment.
