军队卫生防疫人才培养的需求分析

通过对国内外传染病疫情、新发传染病的危害,以及突发公共卫生事件和未来战争等的分析认为,目前我军卫生防疫工作存在诸多问题和挑战,人员素质与担当任务矛盾突出。提出"制定人才队伍建设总体规划,培养职业化卫生防疫人才队伍,拓宽合成训练培养锻炼渠道,健全培训模式及人才考评体系,加大政策支持和经费投入力度,完善三级救援力量体系建设,重视传染病医院医务人员防疫能力培养"等,是我军加快卫生防疫人才队伍建设的参考策略。

Demands Analysis on Military Qualified Health and Epidemic Prevention Personnel Cultivating

By analyzing infectious diseases epidemics occurring at home and abroad, the threat of emerging infectious diseases, public health emergencies and future wars, the authors pointed out that the military health and epidemic prevention work is faced with many problems and challenges and the quality of personnel is obviously contradicted with the task loads. Therefore the strategies were proposed to speed up the development of professional personnel system as following：formulate the overall plan, train professional health and epidemic prevention personnel, broaden the channels of synthetic training and exercise, improve the training mode and personnel evaluation system, intensify policy support and funding, further improve emergency rescue system and prevention capabilities in medical staff.
