实习护生舒适护理综合素质评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:目的探索实习护生舒适护理综合素质评价指标体系的构建。方法通过理论分析、文献回顾、专家访谈等方法初步拟定实习护生综合素质的各项评价指标,在此基础上,采用目的性抽样法选取浙江省4所三级甲等医院从事护理临床一线工作的专家12名,浙江省4所护理本科教学院校从事护理教学与管理工作的专家4名,共计16名专家作为咨询对象,应用德尔菲法对实习护生舒适护理综合素质评价指标体系进行2轮咨询。结果专家个人权威系数为0.78~0.93,专家群体权威系数为0.86;专家咨询总体协调系数为0.313~0.341(P<0.01)。建立的实习护生舒适护理综合素质评价指标体系包括思想道德品质、人文素质水平、专业知识技能、专业发展能力、身心健康状况等5个一级指标(其权重分别为0.20,0.25,0.20,0.20,0.15)和16个二级指标、39个三级指标。结论构建体系的咨询专家权威程度及专家意见的集中程度均较高;实习护生舒适护理综合素质评价指标体系能判断护生为患者提供舒适护理的能力,可用于实习护生综合素质的评价。

Abstract:Objective To establish an evaluation index system of general quality of comfort nursing education for probationer nursing students.Methods By analyzing theories,reviewing literature,interviewing experts,an initial evaluating index of probationer nursing students' general quality was established.Based on the initial index,12 clinical nursing specialists were selected from 4 grade III level A hospitals in Zhejiang Province using purposive sampling.The integrated quality evaluation system of comfort nursing for probationer nursing students was assessed by two rounds of specialists' consultation using the Delphi method.Results The specialists' personal authority coefficients ranged from 0.78 to 0.93,and the authority coefficiont of the specialist group was 0.86;the coefficients of overall coordination of specialists' consultation ranged from 0.313 to 0.341(P0.01).The established evaluation index system of general quality of comfort nursing education for probationer nursing students included 5 first-level indicators of ideological and moral quality,cultural quality level,professional knowledge and skills,professional development capacity,physical and mental health(the weight coefficients were 0.20,0.25,0.20,0.20,0.15,respectively) and 16 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusion The concentration level of specialist's authority and opinion is on high level.The ability of nursing students in providing comfort nursing to patients can be estimated by the index system,which may be used to evaluate the general quality of probationer nursing students.
