登岛作战演习某部官兵心理健康状况的调查

目的调查登岛作战演习官兵心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(Eysenck personality ques-tionaire,EPQ)和症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对参加登岛作战演习的某部139名官兵的心理健康状进行调查与分析。结果登岛作战演习官兵EPQ中的内外倾向分值显著高于中国军人常模(P<0.05),其余项目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而SCL-90的各因子分与中国军人常模比较,躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执及精神病性得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他各因子间得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);登岛作战演习官兵的EPQ与SCL-90评分的相关性分析显示,两者无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论参演官兵心理健康水平总体低于中国军人常模,官兵的心理健康状况值得关注。

Investigation on Mental Health Status of Officers and Soldiers during Landing Operations Exercise

Objective To investigate the mental health status and its influencing factors in officers and sol- diers during landing operations exercise. Methods The symptom ehecklist（SCL-90） and the Eysenck per- sonality questionnaire（EPQ） were used to investigate the mental health status of 139 officers and soldiers during landing operations exercise. Results Except the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symp- toms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, paranoia and psychosis factor （P〉 0.05）, the scores of the rest SCL-90 factors in officers and soldiers during landing operations exercise were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese soldiers（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. However,the internal and external orientation scores of EPQ in officers and soldiers during landing operations exercise were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese soldiers（P〈0.05）. No significant difference was observed in the rest items（P〉0.05）. The correlation analysis of EPQ and SCL-90 showed the positive and negative correlation trend, but no sig- nificant difference was detected（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The overall level of mental health in officers and soldiers participating in the exercise is below the norm of Chinese soldiers, which deserves more concerns on their mental health status.
