军人保健疗养效果评价指标体系构建

目的建立军人保健疗养效果评价指标体系，为科学评价军人保健疗养效果提供依据。方法采用文献研究对疗养效果评价指标进行草案拟定，运用德尔菲法进行专家咨询，根据重要性程度采用模糊评估法筛选入围指标。结果与结论确立军人保健疗养效果评价指标体系为2级，共设6项一级指标和18项二级指标。军人保健疗养效果评价指标体系的构建，为疗养效果评价提供了科学依据，对军队疗养院持续改进疗养质量，规范疗养服务行为，提升疗养保障水平具有指导作用。

Effectiveness Evaluation Index System for Health Care and Convalescence of Military Personnel

Objective To construct an effectiveness evaluation index system for health care convalescence of military personnel and underlie its scientific evaluation. Methods Literature method was used to draft the effec- tiveness evaluation index system of health care convalescence. Delphi method for expert consultation and fuzzy as- sessment method for index filtration in accordance with significance were also applied. Results and Conclusion The effectiveness evaluation index system for health care convalescence of military personnel consists of two grades, inclu- ding six main indicators and 18 sub indicators. The construction of index system has a directive function in sustained improving the quality, service behavior and support level of health care convalescence in military sanatoriums.
