全科模式下心理干预对社区肿瘤患者生命质量影响的研究

[目的]研究全科模式下心理干预对社区肿瘤患者生命质量的影响。[方法]将符合入选标准的肿瘤患者225例随机分为2组，心理干预组115例，对照组110例。采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及简明健康状况调查表（SF-36）评测患者心理健康和生命质量水平。对照组给予社区常规康复治疗，干预组在社区常规康复治疗基础上给予心理干预。9个月后，对患者心理健康水平及生命质量进行重新评价，确定心理干预对患者的影响。[结果]干预前社区肿瘤患者在总分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑及恐惧方面因子分高于常模；与常模相比较，患者生命质量各维度得分均显著下降。干预后干预组患者心理健康水平及生命质量优于对照组。[结论]社区肿瘤患者均存在不同程度和不同维度的心理健康水平及生命质量水平的下降，全科模式的心理干预能够改善社区肿瘤患者的心理健康水平，提高其生命质量。

Psychological intervention on community cancer patients' quality of life

[Objective] To evaluate the effects of psychological intervention on the quality of life of community cancer patients. [Methods] A total of 225 cancer patients from Dinghai community were randomized into intervention group（n=115） and control group（n=110）.The SCL-90 scales and the SF-36 scales were used to measure psychological health and the quality of life.The control group received community routine rehabilitation,and the intervention group received both psychological intervention and community routine rehabilitation.After 9 months,patients＇ psychological health and quality of life were assessed. [Results] Before the intervention,patients＇ SCL-90 and SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of norm group.After 9 months,the psychological health and quality of life in the intervention group were better than those in the control group. [Conclusion] The cancer patients in the community all have psychological disorders and poor quality of life.Psychological intervention can improve their mental health and quality of life.
