高校未婚男青年生殖健康参与意识及认识需求评价

摘    要:目的了解高校未婚男青年对生殖健康参与意识及认知、需求,以提高学校性教育的针对性和有效性.方法采用问卷调查法,随机抽取昆明4所高校503名17~24岁男生作性别意识、生殖健康认知、需求及参与意向的匿名调查.结果 (1)92%的男生认为生殖健康男性有责,应主动参与;但自律守贞者仅为8%,要求女性守贞者达56%.有94%男生认为人工流产是不得已、有损于健康的节育补救措施,仅有40%的男生认为女性生殖节育任务使之较男性面临更多的健康风险.(2)能正确回答男女避孕方法和排卵期的人仅占调查对象的29%和52%,分别有49%,61%和89%的人认为目前男性主动避孕少、安全套使用率低及性病、非意愿妊娠上升的原因是生殖健康教育及技术服务缺乏.(3)在男大学生现有的性知识中,各有2%来自家庭和学校,更多的来自同伴(30%)和媒体(66%);89%男生渴望学校开展多种形式的性教育,93%的男生认为生殖避孕知识与性道德教育相结合更易奏效.结论高校未婚男青年强烈的生殖健康知识需求/参与意向与男尊女卑性别意识和低水平的生殖避孕知识形成巨大落差,性知识来源的正常渠道(学校、家庭)受阻.学校开展系统、科学的性/生殖健康教育已势在必行.

Evaluation on Reproductive Health and Sex KAP of Unmarried Male Youths in College
Abstract:Objective To know the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of reproductive health among male students in college.Methods Anonymous investigation was adopted to survey the KAP among 503 male students aged 17 24.Results 1) 92% considered males should be responsible for reproductive health;56% of them required females' honesty on sexual activity but only 8% require male's honesty. 94% said abortion was only a remedial measure to pregnancy prevention; only 40% considered females may have more health complications.2)Only 29% and 52% knew the exact period of ovulation,49%,61% and 89% considered the lack of reproductive health education and service caused less in using condoms, sex disease and unwanted pregnancy increased.3)The percentage of the students who had received sex education was as follows :2% from family and school, 30% from friends, 66% from media. 89% hoped sexual education can be offered by the school in different forms, 93% considered it would be more effective if reproductive knowledge was combined with moral sex education.Conclusion There are significant differences among the demand of reproductive health knowledge, male superiority and the low level in reproductive health knowledge. Sources of sex education(schools, families)are blocked. Systematic and scientific sex education is necessary to carry out in schools.
