| 摘 要： | 目的]了解本院住院病人健康教育前后冠心病预防控制的相关知识、态度和行为（KAP），为制订冠心病的二级预防干预措施提供依据。方法]对2002年3月-2004年12月住院治疗的120例冠心病病人，采用自制的调查问卷，分别于系统健康教育实施前、实施1周后和出院随访第4周进行3次问卷调查。结果]冠心病病人知识、态度、行为健康教育实施前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论]健康教育工作在冠心病住院病人二级预防和治疗中有较显著的效果和重要意义。
