高校人事制度改革价值取向探析

摘    要:高校人事制度改革的价值取向对改革的深化具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文通过分析指出当前高校人事制度改革存在着:重操作合法性轻理性价值分析、重业绩轻人本、重科研轻教学等现象,从而提出高校人事制度改革的价值取向是:以教师为本、确立以学术创造为核心的价值追求、促使教学与科研发展的协调、实现教师与学校的可持续发展。
