| 摘 要： | 目的：了解P53和P21在HPV6/11相关尖锐湿疣（CA）皮损中的表达和意义。方法：用免疫组化SP法检测经PCR法证实HPVDNA6/11阳性的27例CA皮损和10例正常皮肤。结果：（1）CA皮损基底细胞和棘细胞表达P53较正常皮肤显著增加；（2）CA皮损棘细胞表达P21与正常皮肤无显著差异。结论：（1）P53可能刺激和促进HPV6/11相关CA皮损的细胞增殖；（2）P21在抑制CA的细胞增殖中无重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives:To investigate the expression of P53 and P21 in HPV6/11 related condyloma acuminatum (CA) and their significance.Methods:The expression and distribution of P53 and P21 in 27 HPV6/11 positive CA that were confirmed by PCR and 10 specimens of normal skin (foreskins) were detected by immunohistochemical technique (SP). Results: (1) The expression of P53 was significantly increased in both basal and prickle cells of CA; (2) there was no significant difference in the expression of P21 of the prickle cells of both normal skin and CA. Conclusions : (1) P53 may stimulate and enhance the proliferation of cells of CA; (2) P21 may not play an important role in inhibiting proliferation of cells of CA. |
