摘    要:目的 :评价N -乙酰半胱氨酸 (NAC)治疗急性肺损伤和肺间质纤维化的作用。方法 :通过国外近期相关文献进行综述。结果 :( 1)NAC可以通过直接和间接途径发挥抗氧化作用 ,保护肺组织免受氧化作用损伤 ,从而减轻临床症状 ,改善患者预后。 ( 2 )初步临床试验结果表明 ,长时间大剂量的NAC治疗有助于特发性肺纤维化患者肺功能的改善。结论 :NAC具有粘液溶解和抗氧化的药理活性 ,其耐受性良好 ,是一种具有广泛前景的治疗急性和慢性呼吸道疾病的药物

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of N-Mucisol(NAC) on the treatment of acute pulmonary injury and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. METHODS: By reviewing recent literatures at abroad. RESULTS: (1) NAC could act as antioxidation by direct and indirect way and protect pulmonary tissue from oxidative damage in order to reduce clinical symptoms and improve patients'prognosis. (2) Early clinical trial result showed that long time and large dosage application of NAC would be helpful for improving pulmonary function of the patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.CONCLUSION: NAC possesses pharmacologic activity of mucolytic and antioxidation .It has good tolerance. NAC has broad prospect for the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory system diseases.
