裸花紫珠的脂溶性化学成分

摘    要:目的 研究裸花紫珠(Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. Et Arn.)叶的脂溶性化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和大孔树脂HPD-100柱色谱分离化合物,通过理化性质和波谱分析确定化合物的结构。结果 从裸花紫珠叶的水提取物中分离得到8个已知化合物,分别鉴定为:5,4′-二羟基-3,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮(1)、5-羟基-3,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(2)、木犀草素(3)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、七叶內酯(5)、乌苏-12-烯-3β-醇(6)、熊果酸(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论 化合物5、6为首次从紫珠属植物中分离得到;化合物1~3、8为首次从该植物中分离得到;香豆素类化合物为首次从紫珠属植物中分得的化合物类型。

Abstract:Aim To study the lipophilic compounds of the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. Et Arn. Methods This compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPD-100 macroporous resin, and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were obtained and identified as 5,4′-dihydroxy-3,7,3′-trimethoxyflavone (1), 5-hydroxy-3,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone (2), luteolin (3), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), aesculetin (5), urs-12-en-3β-ol (6), ursolic acid (7), β-sitosterol (8). Conclusions Compounds 5, 6 were isolated from Callicarpa genus for the first time. Compounds 1-3, 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The coumarins was firstly obtained from the genus.
