| 摘 要： | 目的观察桑通颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法将84例CVA患者随机分为2组。治疗组42例给予桑通颗粒15g，每日3次，饭后30min温开水冲服。对照组42例给予美喘清25μg，每日2次口服。2组均15日为1个疗程，1个疗程后判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率88．10％，对照组总有效率73．81％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组在治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV1％）、呼气峰流速值（PEFR）均优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论桑通颗粒治疗CVA疗效确切，同时还能够改善肺功能，降低气道高反应性。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Sangtong granules on cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods 84 patients with CVA were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment groups （ n = 42） were treated by Sangtong granules, 15 g, thrice a day.Patients in control groups （ n = 42） were treated by Meptin,25μg, twice a day. The course was 15 days in two groups.The effects were observed after a course.Results The total effective rate in treatment group （88.10% ） was higher than that in control group （73.81%, P 〈 0.05 ）. FEV1% and PEFR in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sangtong granules have definite effect on CVA, and improve pulmonary function decrease air duct hyperrespansiveness. |
