| 摘 要： | 目的提高甘肃省天祝藏族自治县（以下简称天祝县）非新生儿人群乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗（HepB）接种率,降低乙肝病毒（HBV）表面抗原（HBsAg）携带率。方法用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测HBsAg,阴性者接种HepB。结果人群HepB接种率为9.53%,城镇、农村HepB接种率分别为16.63%和8.04%。结论本次开展的非新生儿人群HepB接种效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine(HepB)in crowds except for newborn in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,and reduce carrying rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg).Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was taken to detect HBsAg,and people of the negative was vaccinated HepB.Results Vaccination rate of HepB was 9.53%in the crowds,and 16.63%in town and 8.04%in countryside.Conclusions The effect of HepB vaccination is significant in crowds except for newborn. |
