温通针法治疗颈肩综合征疗效观察

目的比较运用温通针法与常规针刺治疗颈肩综合征的疗效差异。方法将58例颈肩综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。治疗组穴运用温通针法,对照组穴均运用捻转平补平泻法。治疗1个疗程后,比较两组疗效差异。结果治疗组愈显率为86.7%,对照组为64.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为85.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论温通针法治疗颈肩综合征疗效优于常规针刺治疗。

Observations on the Efficacy of a Warming and Unblocking Acupuncture Method in Treating Cervical-shoulder Syndrome

Objective To compare the efficacy of a warming and unblocking acupuncture method with conventional acupuncture in treating cervical-shoulder syndrome. Methods Fifty-eight patients with cervical-shoulder syndrome were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 28 cases. The treatment group received a warming and unblocking acupuncture method and the control group, a uniform reinforcing-reducing twisting method. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups after one course of Ireatment. Results The cure and marked efficacy rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 100% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warming and unblocking acupuncture method is superior to conventional acupuncture in treating cervical-shoulder syndrome.
