神经生理预调节在高龄患者脊麻-硬膜外联合麻醉中的应用

目的:探讨预防性调节高龄患者神经体液系统,提高在脊麻-硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)下机体内环境稳定性。方法:选择60例行前列腺电切术老年患者。观察麻醉前、麻醉后、手术开始、手术结束4个时间点的血压(NIBP)、心电图(ECG)、呼吸频率(RR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_2)及麻醉效果。结果:神经生理预调节脊麻-硬膜外联合麻醉组麻醉优良率为100%,起效时间为(40±20.2)s,5个时点的BP、HR、SpO_2无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:神经生理预调节在高龄患者前列腺电切术脊麻-硬膜外联合麻醉中的应用增加了机体稳定性,生理影响小,提升了CSEA在高龄患者中应用安全性。

Application of Neuro-physiological Prefading in CSEA on Aged Patients

Objective To evaluate the superiority of neuro-physiological prefading, which was achieved to promote the homeostasis of organisms in CSEA dur on aged patients.Methods 60 aged patients were performed transurethral vaporization of the prostate on.The datas of NIBP (non-invasive blood pressure), ECG (lectrocardiogram), RR (respiration), SpO2 (saturation of blood oxygen)and anesthesia effectiveness were recorded at four different stages as foUows:before anesthesia, after anesthesia, at the beginning of the operation and at the end of the operation.Results The anesthesia fineness rate of neu- ro-physiological prefading and CSEA group was 100%.It took (40±20.2)s to take effect.NIBP、HR、SpO_2 at four different stages had no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion Application of neuro-physiological prefading in CSEA during transurethral vaporization of the prostate on aged patients had a lot of advantages.The security was more reliable.It had little influence on patients.It was the optimal method of anesthesia.
