| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者的最佳外科治疗方式。方法对我院1999年1月-2008年12月收治的34例结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果34例患者均进行了手术治疗,其中23例一期肿瘤切除后吻合,单纯造瘘7例,Hartmann手术3例,32例治愈出院,死亡2例。结论结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻经积极准备后,应尽早进行手术治疗;针对患者的不同情况来选择最佳的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the best surgical treatment on colon carcinoma with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods 34 patients in our hospital from 1999 to 2008 with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colonic carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively in terms of the clinical data,espacially of the surgical operation modes.Results All the patients underwent operations,of whom 32 were healed and 2 were dead.Conclusion All the patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colonic carcinoma should take surgical treatment as early as possible.The best mode of surgical operation should depend on the condition of the patient. |
