| 摘 要： | 目的：观察、分析绿脓杆菌致兔眼内炎后视网膜组织病理学改变。方法：将绿脓杆菌接种于家兔角膜实质层内，造成眼内炎动物模型，动态观察视网膜的组织学改变。结果：接种后１、３、５天，对照组未见异常改变，绿脓杆菌接种组视网膜神经纤维排列紊乱、消失，神经节细胞、内核层细胞及外核层细胞从内向外呈蚕蚀样溶解或坏死脱落。未破坏细胞无形态改变。结论：绿脓杆菌性眼内炎所致的不可逆视力下降主要是由于节细胞坏死及神经纤维消失所致。

| Abstract: | Objective:The retinal histopathological study on experimental endophthalmitis of rabbits was carried.Methods:Pseudomonas aeruginosa was moculated into stroma of cornea to form a animal model of ophthalmitis,and observed with microscopy.Results:It was found that in experimental group,retinal neurofibril were disorder,the ganglion cell,the cells in inner and outer nuclear layer presented nibble like lysis,necrosis and lose.gradually at 1,3,5 day after moculation.No alternation was observed in survival cells.but retinal histomorphology did not change in control rabbits.Conclusion:The necrosis of visual cells and loss of neurofibril were responsible for irreversible visual acuity drop in endophthalmitis caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. |
