| 摘 要： | 目的 探索后入路椎间盘镜（MED）手术治疗椎管狭窄的适应证、操作方法、分析其疗效及预后.方法 采用后中入路椎间盘镜操作系统,加用调整微型磨钻、对侧方椎管狭窄患者进行椎管扩大.结果 该组37例,疗效满意.结论 MED可用于侧方椎管狭窄的治疗,具有创伤小、恢复快的优点.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the indication for the treatment of the lumbar stenosis under MED and evaluate the clinical results in ,this method. [Methods] Though postmedial approach the lumbar canal was enlarged by high-speed dfillunder MED. [Results] In thirty-seven cases the excellent results were gained. [Conclusion] The application of MED for the treatment of lateral lumbar stenosis is a little invasive procedure. All patients recover quickly. |
