光枝勾儿茶化学成分研究(Ⅱ)

摘    要: 目的研究光枝勾儿茶全株的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离,通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(Ⅰ);5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ);大黄素(Ⅲ);大黄素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ);连翘脂素(Ⅴ);槲皮素(Ⅵ)和芦丁(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该属植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Berchemia polyphylla var.leioclada.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated with silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 5,7-dihydroxy-2-methylchromone(Ⅰ),5,7-dihydroxy-2-methylchromone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ),emodin(Ⅲ),emodin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose(Ⅳ),phillygenin(Ⅴ),quercetin(Ⅵ) and rutin(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ~Ⅴ are isolated from Berchemia genus for the first time.
