心理行为干预对糖尿病足患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨心理行为干预对糖尿病足患者治疗依从性的影响。方法把79例糖尿病足患者随机分为干预组39例和对照组40例,两组均给常规糖尿病治疗和护理,其中干预组同时给予心理行为干预,治疗前和治疗10周后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自制依从性问卷进行评定,并检测空腹血糖。结果干预前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0·05),10周后干预组患者焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0·05);患者对治疗的依从性干预组较对照组明显提高(P<0·01);治疗后两组患者的血糖水平均不同程度的下降,但干预组较对照组血糖控制更理想(P<0·05)。结论心理行为干预能提高糖尿病足患者对治疗的依从性。

The effect of psychological and behavior Intervention on the therapy compliance of diabetic foot patients

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological and behavior intervention on the therapy compliance of diabetic foot patients.Methods Seventy-nine diabetic foot patients were divided randomly into intervention group(39 cases) and control group(40 cases).Routine treatment and nursing care were used to both of them while additionally psychological and behavior intervention was given to the intervention group.Self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depressive scale and self-made compliance questionnaire were used to evaluate the two groups before therapy and after ten weeks and FBS(fasting blood sugar) were detected of all patients as well.Results There were no significant differences of anxiety and depression between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Ten weeks later,the marks of anxiety and depression in intervention group are lower than those in the control(P<0.01).The BSL(blood sugar level) in both groups had decreased,but the effectiveness is much more ideal in intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological and behavior intervention can elevate the therapy compliance of diabetic foot patients.
